Damn It

So it’s 1pm, and I’ve just woken up. Three hours late. I seem to have either slept through the alarm or woken up, turned it off and gone back to sleep without any memory of having done so forming in my head.

That’s not good.

I did tell the sleep specialist that this happens. She said if I really wanted to get up, I’d get up. Of course, I haven’t been able to quite often even when my employment was at risk. It’s not like it’s intentional.

Try again tomorrow, I guess.

Self-righteous note about smoking

As of 12th September 2008 it has been forty five weeks since I quit smoking. So in another seven weeks it'll have been a whole year.
